The information covers approximately 900 species of fish, cyclostomes, crustaceans, molluscs, echinoderms and tunicates. Each species includes colour images, explanatory tables and relevant text.
These CD-ROMs are aimed at all operators of the fish food chain within the European Union (EU) fishing markets, as well as for non-EU traders.
