Rules Chair issues new negotiating texts


The Chair of the Negotiating Group on Rules, Ambassador Guillermo Valles Galmés, on 19 December 2008 circulated new negotiating texts on anti-dumping and horizontal subsidies disciplines, and a conceptual “roadmap” on fisheries subsidies.
